If Desk Vinyl Pro isn't for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email us from the address you bought with, within 7 days of purchase, and we'll refund you; Polar processes it.

Polar sends the money back to your original payment method. Your license key stops working once the refund goes through, and Pro switches off in the app the next time it checks the license (within a few days).

Your legal rights

If you're in the EU or the UK, you keep your statutory consumer rights where they apply. This policy adds to them; it doesn't replace them.
